Wednesday Weigh-In #6
This week, I tried something different. I deliberately blew my diet and gained a pound.
Why would I do that?
Because I’m going to tell some of you that you need to do that, too. I wanted to test it for myself first. Just to see how I’d feel physically.
The post telling you why I did this and why I think it may be beneficial for some of you will be part of my Focus On Weight Loss Success series.
I apologize for the delay in posting the series. As some of you know, I’ve been spending quite a bit of time at the hospital lately with a sick family member.
I believe things are going to settle down after this week (fingers crossed). My hope and my intention is to start the series next week.
So how’d your weight loss go this week?

I lost a pound, too. Maybe mint and chocolate revs up our metabolisms.

I’m the same this week. I’ll try the mint-chocolate-metabolism-revving strategy and see if it works.
