Wednesday Weigh-In #5

I lost another pound this week. Four to go.

So it looks like the Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies didn’t do any damage after all.

    Are you honestly losing weight without hunger or exercise? I don’t understand how that can happen. Even when I’m on a diet where I get hungry AND exercise, I have a hard time losing weight.

    Hi Mags,

    Yes, I am HONESTLY losing weight without hunger or exercise. That’s not to say that I don’t think you should exercise. It’s good for you. It’s just not necessary for weight loss.

    As for hunger, when most people overeat, they’re usually not eating because they’re hungry. So there’s no reason you can’t lose weight without hunger. I’ve explained my philosophy a few times on this blog. The actual nuts and bolts are in my book.
