Putting A Finger On Your Exercise Habits

If your exercise habits aren’t the best, it may be the fault of your fingers.

Yep, voluntary exercise has been linked to the length of your fingers in a new study from the University of Alberta and the University of California-Riverside.

Here’s what they did and what they found:

By studying 1,000 white mice, the scientists saw a strong connection between finger length, voluntary exercise, and high levels of prenatal stress hormones.

If you divide the length of their second finger by the length of their fourth finger, the less active mice had a lower ratio.

This led the researchers to conclude that there’s a link between the brain, personality, and finger length.

Just think of the implications.

If you don’t want to exercise, you can’t be blamed because it’s hardwired into your personality early in life. Your fingers will prove it.

At least they will if you divide the length of your second finger by the length of your fourth finger and it’s a low ratio.

Hmmm… my second finger is longer than my fourth finger…

There goes that excuse.
