New And Easy Way To Lose Weight

Researchers at the University of Vermont studied 36 adults with BMIs between 25 and 50 who watched 3 or more hours of television each day.

After observing their TV habits for 3 weeks, 20 of the participants got electronic lock-out systems for their TVs. This limited them to half their normal viewing time per week.

The other 16 people were the control group.

After measuring everyone’s physical activity for 3 weeks, the researchers discovered that the 20 people with TV lock-out devices burned almost 120 calories MORE per day than during the original observation period.

Meanwhile, the control group burned almost 100 calories LESS each day than during the original observation period.

The researchers believe that reducing your calories by just 100 a day could stop the gradual weight gain that happens to most people over time.

So think about getting your TV locked if you want a new and easy way to lose weight.
