Focus On Weight Loss Success
No diet is perfect. No dieter is perfect.
In fact, most people who start a diet on Monday are cheating by Tuesday. (I’m talking about diets that don’t allow or encourage cheating.)
But there are dieters who succeed in losing weight and keeping it off.
What sets them apart? What do you need to do in order to reach your weight loss goals?
I don’t claim to have all the answers. But I’ve had the privilege of helping dieters from Puerto Rico to Alaska with my I Love to Cheat lifestyle diet.
I’ve also read many articles and blogs and talked to people who use other diet plans. Years ago, I even tried some of them myself.
Over the next few weeks, I’d like to share with you what I’ve learned. Why I believe some people succeed with weight loss and most don’t. What I think you need to do to achieve your goals.
It’s more than just choosing the right diet plan. Much more.
If you don’t get it right, you’re destined to fail before you begin.
If you do, you can put the odds in your favor by making choices that will help you to succeed.
I’d also like to share a specific technique that I believe will empower you to reach your goals, weight loss or otherwise.
It’s time to focus on your weight loss success.
So if you have a specific problem you’d like me to address, either leave a comment on this post or click the link, “Ask Your Diet Questions,” under the banner at the top of this page and use that form to send me your questions.
To protect your privacy, I won’t use your name or email address in my future posts.
To your weight loss success!

I should just get your diet plan, seriously. I keep screwing up the ones I am on now, LOL.

The technique you talked about… can I use it to get rich, too?

You’ve got me really curious about what technique could help me to reach my goals, “weight loss or otherwise”. It can’t be eating or exercise if it’s not just about weight loss. Come on, don’t make us wait. What is it?

Are you serious? Most people who start a diet on Monday cheat by Tuesday? No wonder we’re all so fat. By the way, this post is dated yesterday but I checked twice yesterday and it wasn’t up. When are you posting? I really like it better when you post early in the day.

Can we send you questions even if we aren’t using your diet?

My biggest problem is the people around me and how they treat me and make me feel bad just cuz I’m fat. How do I solve that problem?

A week or two ago, you wrote a post about being afraid to lose weight and I commented that I had 7 of the fears on your list. Are you going to tell us how to get past those fears?

I just want to reply to some of the comments:
Hilly–you’re welcome to try my diet at any time. But please don’t feel that you have to. You’re always welcome to visit my site no matter what diet you use.
Rob–yes. The principles are the same, but I’m going to focus on weight loss.
Cassie–it’s not eating or exercise. I hope to get the series started this week. I’m a little behind because of medical problems in my family right now. I apologize for any delay that might cause.
Tammi–I was late in getting this post published–again, because of medical problems in my family. I posted this close to midnight on Friday which is probably why you didn’t see it until Saturday.
Mags–yes.
Stephanie & Mary–thanks for your questions. I’ll try to include information about them in my posts. If I don’t answer your questions satisfactorily, click the “Contact Us” link near the top of the page and email me. I’ll try to help you from there.
