Desperate To Lose Weight But Hate Dieting?

Food is not the enemy.

Yeah, I know. I would’ve thought that statement was crazy once, too.

But it isn’t food that’s the enemy when you’re trying to lose weight. It’s your approach to dieting and weight loss.

The “food police” are going to hate me. And they’ll definitely hate my approach to dieting. Maybe that’s why I like it so much.

Oh yeah, there’s another thing that’s really going to tick them off.

It works!

So I’d like to share it with you in this blog.

The problem is we’ve all been conditioned to believe we have to suffer to lose weight. The constant hunger. The boring, tasteless food. The endless exercise.

And we’re hit on the head with study after study telling us which foods are bad for us… how we have to check our food for salt, fat, sugar… the list goes on and on.

I don’t know about you. But I don’t have time to do a statistical analysis of every bite I eat.

And even if I had the time, I just don’t want to do it.

When I lose weight, I want to enjoy it.

And I want it to work.

The funny thing is, when I finally figured out how to enjoy dieting, the weight came off more easily. Without the torture or the restrictions or the guilt of most diets.

Because when you think of dieting as a battle, all you get is battle fatigue.

So I stopped thinking about “bad” foods and started thinking about how food could help me.

I originally came up with this diet for a family member who had a medical problem.

But I won’t repeat that story here. If you’re interested, read my About Me page.

And if you want to find out more about my way of losing weight, then read my next post, “The Easy Way To Lose Weight.”

You’ll never think about weight loss the same way again.
